Refund Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

We want you to be confident in your purchase, which is why every account gets a free trial before paying. If PMRPrep still is not right for you, here is how refunds work.

Try before you buy

Every account includes a free trial of PMRPrep questions with full explanations, and anyone can preview questions before creating an account. We encourage you to use the trial to decide whether the question style and depth suit how you study.

7-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have completed fewer than 250 questions during that paid access period. Questions answered during your free trial do not count toward this limit.

Requests made after 7 days, or after completing 250 or more questions, are not eligible. Because access is delivered immediately and content is consumed as you use it, we cannot offer refunds once a substantial portion of the question bank has been worked through.

How to request a refund

Email support@pmrprep.com from the address on your account, within 7 days of purchase. Tell us you would like a refund; you do not need to explain why. We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What a refund does

A refund ends your paid access. Your account and study history remain, and you can purchase access again later if you change your mind.

Stacked purchases

If you purchase additional access while time remains on an existing purchase, the 7-day window and question limit apply to the new purchase on its own.

Problems that are not about fit

If something is broken, if you were charged incorrectly, or if you cannot access what you paid for, contact us regardless of the window above. Those are our problem to fix, and we will make it right.
