Terms of Service

Last updated: July 22, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of PMRPrep. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

PMRPrep is operated by JB Chadwell as a sole proprietorship based in Kentucky, United States. You can reach us at support@pmrprep.com.

2. What PMRPrep provides

PMRPrep provides original board-style practice questions and explanations for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation exam preparation, along with quizzes, progress tracking, and performance analytics.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person. Sharing account credentials is not permitted.

4. Purchases and access

PMRPrep is sold as one-time payments that grant access for a fixed period. These are not subscriptions. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. When your access period ends, access stops unless you purchase additional time. Additional purchases add to any remaining access you already have. Prices may change, but a change never affects access you have already purchased. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, bulk download, republish, resell, or redistribute questions, explanations, or other content
  • access the service through automated means or scripts
  • share your account with anyone else
  • attempt to bypass access limits, trial limits, or any security or technical measure

We may suspend or end access for violations of this section without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, and other content on PMRPrep are original works owned by the operator and protected by copyright. Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own exam preparation only.

8. Educational use only; not medical advice

PMRPrep content is provided for exam preparation and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and must not be used for clinical decision-making or patient care. Always rely on current clinical guidelines, primary sources, and your own professional judgment.

9. No affiliation; no guarantee of results

PMRPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the ACGME, the AAPM&R, or any certifying, accrediting, or professional body. Our questions are original and written in the style of board examinations; they are not actual examination questions. We make no guarantee about your performance on any examination.

10. Content accuracy and error reporting

We work to keep content accurate and current, but medicine changes and errors are possible. Content is provided without warranty as to accuracy or completeness. If you believe a question or explanation is incorrect, please report it using the in-app reporting tool or by emailing support@pmrprep.com.

11. Availability

We aim to keep PMRPrep available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, and failures of third-party services may interrupt availability.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including any examination outcome.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using PMRPrep at any time; see the Refund Policy for whether a refund is available.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the Last updated date above. Continuing to use PMRPrep after a change means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
